Fairly new hotel, room well appointed, good size, carpet was a bit dirty few stains I would thought would be cleaner, the buffet breakfast for the price was terrible, small selection, lot food just sitting there not topped up or getting cold, and for the price even have to pay extra if you want to have a coffee made.
