We stayed during the School holidays on the long weekend and on the Sunday, kids only had access to small indoor pool. It was crowded, uncomfortable and a huge disappointment. W hotel need to think about the broaded market.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, the location is conveniently located next to transport and close to George Street, Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay and the surrounds. Our overall experience was pleasant, the staff were very friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others considering a staycation or visiting Sydney.

We were so disappointed with this visit. The room had stains on the couch the floor was dirty and room was ordinary to say the least. We had the buffet breakfast and the amount of cold food that should have been hot was a joke, we should report it to local health authorities. The W is in business to go out of Buisness. The top floor bar had the rudest staff we have seen and in fact we left with in 3 minutes.
