House by the Sea App. 52Location: The apartment with sea view and west balcony is located on the 2nd Floor of a well-kept apartment house in the spa center, right on the main beach. The house is centrally located in Westerland, between the two large pedestrian zones. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 34 m² for two people. Equipment: In the living room, the double wall bed is accommodated in a white wall unit. A couch and the dining area complete the furnishings. From the west balcony you have a clear view of the sea. The kitchenette with u. a. Microwave is in the hallway. The new bathroom has a shower. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival
