In the Lagmöwe, 62m2 are spread over two levels, connected by an easily accessible spiral staircase. In the lower part there is a spacious living / dining area with a cozy lounge corner including a sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and an open kitchen with a small dining table. This is followed by the large balcony (north / east orientation), which invites you to sit outside when the weather is nice. On the upper floor there is the inviting bedroom with its box spring bed (1.80x2.00), wardrobe and TV as well as the bright bathroom with a floor-level shower.
