Für zwei Personen geräumige Wohnung mit ruhiger Lage des Schlafzimmers zum Hinterhof, so dass wir (Mitte Mai 2022) bei geöffnetem Fenster ruhig schlafen konnten. Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Wohnzimmerlage zur Friedrichstraße mit zeitweise lebhaften Geräuschen, die bei geschlossener Balkontür gut gedämmt werden. Vom Balkon aus Blick zur Straße und seitlich bis zum Meer. Insgesamt sehr gepflegte Residenz, wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt.

Alles total neu oder frisch renoviert, top sauber und sehr ordentlich. Es fehlt an nichts. Sehr sehr zentrale Lage. Mitten im Geschehen. Besser geht nicht. Größe ist genau richtig für zwei Personen. Will man was sehen von der EinkaufsZone, dann hat man den Balkon, macht man aber die Balkontür zu, ist alles ruhig. Super ist, dass es die zweite Etage ist, so sieht jemand von der Strasse nicht direkt, dass man auf dem Balkon sitzt. Das Schlafzimmer ist zum Hinterhof raus, sehr ruhig!! Die Wohnung würde ich jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Alles super top.
