Eggs & sausage barely warm not hot.. had Waffle maker but area wasn’t tidy … no microwave for after hour use …I was there for a weekend stay house keeping didn’t clean room Saturday … staff had zero personality at the front desk …I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any of my friends

The hotel was fine, the staff was friendly and helpful however we waited 10 min. At the front before checking in ( I had to go and look for an employee) though she was helping maintain è and apologized. The first room they gave us smelled like weed, so they gave us another room, and it was much better. I would stay again for a short visit.

The woman at the night desk was very rude. Did not interact at all. Difficult to understand. Did not explain about security deposit just demanded a credit card. She explained when we pushed but not well. Hotel needs facelift.

I stayed at this Best Western during a busy Parents Weekend and paid a premium rate, but unfortunately, it was a really disappointing stay. I had to switch rooms multiple times due to cleanliness issues—including one room that had soiled sheets. The staff’s response to that was really unhelpful. Overall, not the experience I expected for the price.

While the lobby and breakfast area were; the rooms need a huge upgrade. The lighting was not very good. There was dust on the coffee maker in the closets and in various corners of the room. It just felt dingy. Not what I expected. The bed was good. The bathroom was upgraded but you can see a pink film forming at the seams of the tile b enclosure. It’s a shame. With a little more this could be a very nice stay. Also the soaps don’t smell good. Sorry
