I read about 1000 reviews if many hotels before choosing as I am afraid of bedbugs and I chose this hotel for its good reviews and mentions of cleanliness. I would say the only thing possibly clean during my stay waa the bed. As soon as we walked to the elevator the floor was covered in sticky juice and what looked to be dog pee right at the elevator. I figured it would be cleaned up soon so I moved on. When I got to my room there was a bad smell and the entire floor (bathroom, entry and living space) was sticky including the carpet. My socks were sticking and tryjng to lift the carpet. Im not even sure how that is possible that the entire floor is sticky but I was horrified. I changed my socks multiple times and threw them out in the room. The room has not been cleaned well. The side couch chair was stained. I would not touch or go near that and the smell is worse over there. I am worried that the sticky residue on the various floor surfaces is pet related. The desktop/appliance thing near the tv was also very dirty and has not been cleaned. Food, crumbs, etc everywhere. This was noticed as soon as I first stepped in the room. Honestly I was disgusted the entire time and ended up throwing my clothes away that I wore in the room because it was so dirty. For $180 this is very disappointing. It really doesnt matter if the staff are lovely when things are dirty. Also when we came downstairs the next day, the stains at the elevator were still there and sticky. Just generally bad
