Brandy New

Its a Brand New hotel that has alot of potential as long as they get a decent crew to operate it. I got the single bed king and the room came with plenty of cabinet space as well as an open closet and drawers for your clothing. 2 burner glass stove,no oven, full size dish washer with plates,bowls and silverware for 2 people and a full size refrigerator/freezer. The bathrooms are huge. The tv is at least 48inch flat screen, the bed is really comfy with plenty of pillows and 2 chairs. Wall mounted thermostat, and dimmable room lights. Everything is super clean. I do not know about breakfast as I am out of there by 530am. The key cards you get from the kiosk check in seem to be disposable also. Plenty of parking. I will stay here as long as they keep up the maintenance and cleanliness. Do not stay at the days inn across the lot as they do have bed bugs.

The rooms are big clean and quiet. The staff is courteous. The have does that lock automatically and need a key card for entry making it feel very safe here. The most important park; staying here won’t break the bank at all. Love the weekly rates

Very clean inside and out

The hotel was very nice. I was informed has only been open for 3 weeks. The rooms were very spacious and had a nice size TV. It had Ample Storage for clothes. It had a very nice kitchenette area with the a full size fridge,dishwasher,two burner stove top,microwave and a sink. My only complaint is,it had only one stool to sit on at the counter. But if that's all I have to complain about that's a wonderful thing.

Overall the property was okay, check in was fairly smooth other than them putting us right on the first floor in the first room and having to deal with people loudly stomping for most of the day. Other than that the front desk staff was just blah and nothing more to it.

Horrible

Hotel was very clean and nice. Big problem with no hot water in my room. After numerous calls to front desk they said there was nothing they can do and would have to wait until Monday. I was staying Saturday to Sunday and my wife and I were from out of town to see a show. Very upset and they did nothing to make it right.

Expedia took money for a reservation at this hotel and when we got there to check in for my husband's surgery there was NO room for us. EXPEDIA did nothing to help and still charged me even though I didn't actually get any lodging. To make matyers worse there another couple right behind us trying to check in that Expedia also rented a nonexistent room for. Expedia refuses ro give us a refund.... fraud fraud fraud
