Sea View Penthouse Apartment
Penthouse apartment with sea views from every room. Wonderful view of Ortigia from the living room and from the kitchen. The apartment has two large double bedrooms with the possibility of adding a single bed in each room and accommodating up to 6 people. Bathroom, kitchen and living room. All the rooms open onto a veranda that goes around the apartment and overlooks the sea, the living room and kitchen side is located in front of the island of Ortigia which has a splendid view. The terrace is equipped with an area covered by a roof that allows you to have lunch and dinner outdoors. Sun beds are also provided for relaxing and tanning. The house is equipped with washing machine, fridge, air conditioning, heating and everything needed in the kitchen. The linen for the beds and the bathroom is provided. Electricity consumption is calculated at 0.30 euros per KW according to the meter reading inside the house. The other utilities are included.
The location is strategic as it is located just 100 meters from the cycle path and Monument to the Fallen, 400 meters from the solarium on the sea in via dell'Arsenale where there is also a restaurant. Just 5-10 minutes walk there are all services, bars, supermarkets, bakery, butchers, greengrocers, post office, tobacconist etc. The Latomie dei cappuccini are at 300mt, the sports citadel at about 500mt. Ortigia is 2km away
