Stayed last night because I had surgery this morning and the Room was nice and clean, front desk was nice, bed and pillows are really comfortable, the provided bath products are really nice, parking is a bit tight out back but good for downtown, would stay again

Couldn’t see out of the windows they were so dirty. Bed was 100 year old spring mattress. Bathroom smelt of stale wet water. Air condition was so noisey I couldn’t sleep (old in room box unit). Would highly recommend staying anywhere else and note that I do not typically give reviews but it was bad enough to take the time out to warn anyone else.

The room and hotel had a very musty smell additionally i was given down pillow which Im deathly allergic to and it flared up my asthma and the day after I left I became very ill and now am missing work because i can't breathe

The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for our needs. The bed and bedding were comfortable and the room was plenty big enough. The man staffing the breakfast service was very friendly and personable.

Staff that greeted us in the evening was great. Morning staff was distracted. Coffee was weak and set up away from toast etc. Food offerings were decent but the setup needs to be improved. Nice breakfast space but needs some oomph to make it feel more welcoming. You’re welcome.

I arrived with a reservation and was told there was no room to stay in. Was asked at checkin if “I booked through Expedia because they were reserving rooms the hotel didn’t have”. Suddenly I had to find a different place to stay at 6pm on a Saturday during a BUSY Syracuse parents weekend.

great place, great location

so close to SU about a 5 minute drive and a 15 minute walk. The water was HOT , HOT which is so refreshing after a long day out. Big rooms, comfortable beds. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast. but over all I give this hotel an A
