Stayed on a weeknight and the hotel was definitely not fully booked, so there were lots of rooms they could have put me in. They put me in the room across from the gym and staff work area. I came it after midnight from a concert and was woken at 4:40 am by the gym door/ service door slamming over and over, and staff gabbing loudly in the hallway. I didn’t fall back to sleep since the noise continued. I was feeling too exhausted to enjoy the rest of my day. I can kind of understand if the hotel was fully booked but it wasn’t and I checked in quite early so literally any other room would have been available. I mentioned this to staff as I checked out and they just smiled and laughed and said I should have requested a higher floor. To me they should know their own hotel enough to know that room is noisy and not to put anyone there unless they have to. Won’t stay again.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was yummy. Decent selection of breads and cereals, eggs, bacon, sausage etc. Lots of free parking and many food options nearby.

Great Stay

Check in process was a breeze. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and kind. Our room was clean, we were provided everything we needed, and breakfast was great. No complaints on our end. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Ran out of hot water. All they did was say sorry and tell us the room next to us did, too. No price adjustment. Hot water should be a reasonable expectation in a hotel. They didn't seem to care.

The room was ok but bath is super tiny. Although there was a train track and constant trains, the noise wasn’t too bad. The breakfast service is horrible. Their breakfast consist of eggs, floating, and butter, chorizo, rice, bacon, bits, and thanks for tacos, but nothing like a normal breakfast. They had 2 cereals but not diabetic friendly. We had booked a trip there in December, but cancelled it due to the breakfast. It wasn’t horrible but for the price we pay it wasn’t great.

Let me first start by saying I used my OneKey cash to get the room for only $25 and I was still disappointed in the property of that price. Hot water didn’t work in the shower. Hot tub that’s advertised? Broken. Breakfast? Watery eggs and overcooked sausage. Tv? No local sports. Front desk staff? “Sorry for you poor experience” said with with zero emotion.
