Annonce fausse qui annonce beach Taghazout alors que l’appartement est dans un village à plusieurs km et loin de la plage. On ne peut rien faire sans voiture . Arrivée de nuit avec notre propre véhicule impossible de trouver l’appartement qui est dans un autre village et le GPS indique vaguement une croix . Obligés d’interpeller à 1 h du mat lâ seule personne ds la rue qui ne connaissait pas et même avec son GPS ne trouvait pas. Lâ propriétaire ne nous a pas aidé à trouver . Il faisait très froid ds l’appart lâ télé ne marche pas ni le wifi. J’ai envoyé un message à lâ propriétaire qui n’a rien fait ni d’excuses. D’autre part elle a exigée que nous payons la personne qui nous a accueillis. Cela n’est pas pas prévu dans le contrat. Je suis moi même hôte et trouve inadmissible ce procédé. Votre code déontologique indique que ce procédé ne respecte pas vos règles déontologiques. Désolée pour pour mauvais rapport mais c’est important pour les hôtes suivants.

Brief recap

The appartment was well equipped serving all simple daily needs and it is well-suited for a stay of at least four persons. The location of the appartment in the town is quiet, however, still central so that either small shops offering products for daily needs or small restaurants, bistros and coffee bars can be easily reached and accessed quickly. Very recommendable is a visit of the local grocery market or souk, which takes place twice a week.We arrived late at the appartment which turned out to be no issue at all. Check-in was taken over by a local guard and caretaker and supported by the landlord as well as, who guided us via either phone or other digital support. The landlord was directly after boking and several days before our arrival in close contact with us in order to arrange and organize most important cornerstones of our stay beforehand of arrival. The whole procedure (booking, late arrival, check-in, car drop off, etc.) was simple and handy, straight-forward and customer-oriented. Questions and issues during our stay were professionally and immediately handled and solved by the care-taking person.We can only implicitly recommend the accomodation. It's a great place to stay.
