Hotel is nice and clean. We arrived at 1.30pm but weren't allowed to check in until 3pm even though it seemed totally empty. That was a bit annoying.

Comfortable and modern hotel

A leisurely 15mn walk from TRA Taichung Station leads to the hotel. We got a free upgrade to a quadruple room which was spacious and comfortable, decorated in a simple modern style. We quite enjoyed the buffet breakfast served in the bright 2nd floor cafe.

Modern and comfortable hotel near train station

Just about everything is nice at this new and modern hotel. Great location (just 15mn by foot from TRA Taichung station); lovely decor (modern, stylish); comfort (bed, bathroom, ...), nice personnel. I even got a free upgrade to a fantastic panoramic room for 4. The buffet breakfast was quite nice too, only "food management" needed to be improved -- two hours before the end of service time, the hot dishes were nearly finished by the tour groups, and were hardly replenished afterwards.

Looks modern but definitely did not keep up

I think this hotel had potential to be a good looking hotel but it seems like they did not keep up with the cleanliness. There’s mold around the sink and other dirty spots that can easily be wiped off with even toilet paper yet no one did. I booked a superior double room but did not seem superior to me. I had two twin beds put together and that’s definitely not what I requested. Check in is strictly at 3. Didn’t allow early check in even at 2:10 but it’s fine cause they have luggage storage. Breakfast was pretty good since it’s free. Only western thing were scrambled eggs, toast, salad, and fries/nuggets. Most of the stuff I tried were actually good except the fried noodles the the bamboo shoots. Do not get them. Fried noodles were bland and bamboo shots were super salty. Service was friendly but can be more professional.

整體很不錯，除了蓮蓬頭讓我傻眼以外

房間空調不太涼，跟朋友一整晚都沒睡好，一下踢被子，一下蓋被子。這其實也還好，畢竟可以調整。 但浴室的蓮蓬頭就很有事，開大水整個蓮蓬頭會變成直立式，呈90度角沖牆壁很傻眼…如果水開小會變冷水，開大會變沖牆壁狀態，詢問過櫃檯，櫃檯人員給我的理由有些無言，「可能當初設計就不是拿來掛牆壁洗澡的」？！如果不洗頭還好，那如果女生要洗頭的話不就得全程沖澡時都拿著沖頭髮、身體？ 優點是:床很軟，枕頭也是睡得很舒服。浴室跟環境其時都很乾淨明亮，櫃檯人員服務態度也很好（蓮蓬頭事件除外）如果下次有機會，一樣還是會選擇入住，附近也有超商可以買東西吃，而且離旱溪夜市還算近。CP值算高了

很棒的飯店

附近環境非常方便，便利商店、美食小吃、手搖、購物商店應有盡有，且走路十分鐘內即可到台中火車站。房間也很舒適，還有大片落地窗可以欣賞風景。櫃檯也很親切。只是淋浴間的設計不太好沒辦法蓮蓬頭掛著洗澡。
