地點很好的飯店, 附近有百貨公司也有孔廟, 美術館等景點走路可達. 早餐餐點豐富且每日菜色都會有一些變化, 也有許多在地的特色餐點蠻不錯的. 不過意外的餐點沒有搭配牛奶的脆穀片, 通常提供西式早餐的大飯店會有提供. 飯店內的停車場車位有點不足, 週六晚上十點多活動結束回去遇到地下停車場滿場只剩少量機械停車位, 後面也還有四台車在後面等待入場. 因為車型無法停入機械停車位只能改停放附近的特約停車場再走路回飯店, 有點麻煩.

The room seemed to be cleaned by different people and the work could be more consistent. Sometimes toilet papers and napkin inside the room were not refilled when it is low. The paper notice inserted by housekeeping at around 11am’ish is quite annoying. It is like rushing the clients to get out. Nice bed and linens. Bath towel too thin and the size is small. Overall a good hotel but not as good as last year when we stayed.

I enjoyed my stay here at Lakeshore! I stayed for 3 nights. Check-in was efficient, the staff was helpful with my luggage, and the room was clean and tidy. Housekeeping came by daily to fix up the room. I had included breakfast in my stay, which was a large buffet, unlike continental breakfasts in American hotels. They had fresh food and continued to bring out more food once something ran out. They were fast to clean and help. Good location too — walkable to the local bus stops and a lot of dining areas nearby. Would recommend if you’re in the area.

1. three non-yellow taxis refused to give us the services after hotel staff spoke with them. This happened on Monday, November 10 around 10:10. What happened to this hotel?? 2. Damaged pavers in front of hotel need to be replaced with similar pavers instead of patching with cement. They look so ugly! 3. No water bottles provided to the guest. JR Metropolitan Premier Hotel provides two water bottles per guest per day.

乾淨,服務人員親切。今年開始每次辦理入住，櫃檯人員皆主動告知可將訂房網會員招待的飲料主動換為一般非酒精飲料，並告知往後皆有記錄不須每次特別要求。若是如此個人非常感謝。但每次入住皆有相同對話卻沒有實際發生，即便是入住時說明，或第二天至櫃檯再次當面說明，往後每一天卻還是還是提供啤酒或是直接沒有提供。每日狀況不一，像開獎一樣。我滿好奇為何每次飯店主動告知有此服務，卻與實際狀況不同。工作人員相當辛勞還是給予肯定，謝謝！
