Staff are friendly and service is good. Room is nice and bed is very comfortable. There is a departmental store attached to the hotel but hotel is some distance awayf from city centre. Easy to get a cab though.

Top hotel in a super convenient location. Service is out of the world, I've never seen any room cleaning that put our stuff back so neatly. Hotel also has a sauna and public bath free for guests. It's across from the train station and has a great collection of very local food places in the area that opens very late.

The hotel is a luxury hotel, next to the Tainan train station. It has sauna, fitness and swimming pool which I enjoyed. The staff were nice and responsive. The hotel is in an old area with not much tourist activities.

The public bath and sauna available to all guests was a pleasant surprised. Their room cleaning service is whole another level with everything including my own items lined up and organized. Everything was very comfortable. The make up mirror in the washroom can use a little more lighting though.
