Breakfast was basic Asian options. After the first day, ate off property. I had a VIP Executive Suite. Nicely decorated. Spacious. Large curtains on the walls concealed two very tiny windows (probably to meet fire code for exiting). Water pressure, water temperature were fine. I was on the fourth floor. Breakfast was on the second floor. The single elevator serves 10 or more floors. Being on a low floor means you can walk down the stairs when the elevator is busy in the afternoon. My only complaint was the HVAC. It was too cold. Eventually, i turned it off and opened a small window. That was a fine solution. I would stay here again. For my purposes, the location was perfect.

We were assigned a room which is damp, wall paper coming off and filled with odours. Staff advised that hotel was fully occupied on the first night so we had to sleep there for one night. Both of us had headaches the next morning. We were able to change to another room with better conditions but even smaller. The bed is parallel to the opening of the bathroom which is around 1 feet apart. We had stayed in this hotel a few years back and had quite good impression. Quite disappointed this time.

Staff was very nice and location is excellent. Only 4 stars rather than 5 because the bed was rather hard and the air conditioning struggled a bit to keep up with the heat.

Good Hotel In Very Good Active Area

My room was on the ground floor and was large enough, but I missed having windows. TV only had 3 English channels. But no CNN or BBC. Breakfast was the most disappointing. There was plenty of food, but few Western offerings, mostly Asian heavy dishes. Meat and noodles. One egg dish (no sunny side up), two cereals and toast. A bit of fruit. So, not much to eat for a Western guest. Staff mostly great and helpful. English spotty, save for Sylvia. But the area around the hotel was alive and active. Subway a bit of a walk, but not too far. All in all, a mostly good stay.

A Must Stat

The room was exactly as shown on the site … modern bathroom and the room was very clean … two thumbs up. We visited during the heat of September the hotel air conditioning saved us. The hotel was a walking distance to Ximending Night Market and the MRT that conveniently connects you to the other night markets. I would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet despite being on a busy street - great double glazing! Staff were so lovely and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Excellent location, lots of great spots within walking distance and very close to a tube station. Thanks for having us!

Nice hotel in lively district, food and shopping right down stairs. Staff were really polite and helpful. The room that I stayed was clean, however , the room needs a new coat of paint and new carpet, the room has a old smell. There is no laundry service available. Big plus is the free breakfast. They offered, fancy coffee machine that makes lattes, cappuccino, and other type of coffee, fresh fruits, congee, soup, and 7 more kind of food selection...ie noodles, fish, veggies, eggs, buns and so much more. I would stay there again.

Location is perfect and the rooms are nice， breakfast has no a lot options. This is in the heart of Ximengding so you can walk, shop and buy fried squid and stinky tofu.
