Big size room for family, and included a nice breakfast. Super clean and very comfortable beds. The family size rooms (two king beds) have no window!!

I give K hotel a 3 star rating. Here is the breakdown. 1. Breakfast buffet - 4 stars. It's not fancy but it does cover all the basics - daily fruits, salad, soybean milk, juices, breads and mochi, porridge and frequent fish dishes. 2. Free laundry, 24-hour free tea and coffee and snacks - 4 stars. You don't need to bring so many clothes due to its free laundry. 3. Room space - 3 stars - We didn't have enough space for all our luggages. 4. Layout out of separate toilet room, bathtub and shower - 4 stars 5. Towels and bedsheets - 2 stars - Old, thin and wornout 6. Cleaniness - 3 stars - It's clean but no one came to clean the room and dumped the garbage on the second day. But afterwards, it was cleaned everyday. 7. Front desk service - 1 star - Hardly saw any smiles. Also, we arrived very early - 7:30 am. We understand that the check-in time is 3:00 pm. We left our luggages and went out to coffee. We went back to meet up with our family members and went out again to lunch. By 2:00 pm, we went back to the hotel and sat at the lobby (It's very small. The front desk staff should have no problem to see us just 10 feet away) waiting for 3:00 pm. Someone who came later than us went up to the desk and got a room. That made me upset because the lady didn't call us who have been sitting and waiting. When I went up to complain, the lady told me there was no room yet. Thankflly, a guy (maybe manager) intervened and got us a room. It wasn't fair. It should be first come, fist serve.

Great choice of stay in Taipei

I had a great experience staying in this hotel K hotel Taipei II, close to night market, MRT stations, bus stops, shops, and banks. The high floor executive room offered me space, comfort, and view of Zhongshan boulevard with trees.

Great for the value. Bed is clean, bathroom is great we allowed our 2 year old boy to use bathtub and had a little water play. Breakfast was decent. Our room heater wasnt working. On the second day we feedbacked this to the receptionist and a small portable heater was sent to our room almost immediately. It helped maintain room temperature at around 22.5 throughout the night. Flankly it was still cold for us (we came from singapore where whole year temperature is at least 27) but it was good effort we appreciate it. We also stayed in hilton during this trip totally no heater issue with hilton but i paid half of the price to stay in K hotel (U$200 in hilton per night v U$110 in K hotel per night) so no complaint for the price i paid for K hotel.

The bathroom is nice and make you feel comfortable. Only the sofa cleanliness need to improve. It would be much appreciated if the security level improved by the guest required the room card to go to the certain level of the room booked, in order to raise the security level, esp at night.

Amazing value

I almost don’t want to share this review as I want to be able to book this place next time I go to Taiwan. It’s newly renovated, the room I got was huge, the bed is super comfortable, fast Wifi, free breakfast, free laundry, great service, great location, what else can I say, book this place now, you won’t regret it.
