Nice centrally located hotel with spacious room and bedding. We got the king size bed with a twin as it was my husband, our 10 yo, and myself, but we could of gotten by with just the king size bed alone. The breakfast buffet, suana, pool, and bathhouses were a great bonus. Highly recommend!

家族でトリプルルームに2泊しました。部屋が広くて良かったです。バスルームも高級感あって広くてよいです。ウォシュレット便座も◎。部屋の椅子が１つしかないのは、不便でした。朝食も美味しくゆったりといただけました。ロビーにスタバがありました。コンビニは広い交差点の斜め向かい側で、そんなに遠くなくまあまあです。シャトルバス(リムジン？)は忠孝新生駅までのみの片道運行です(要予約)。駅までは歩いても10分弱、大学の敷地内をのんびり歩くのも良かったです。また宿泊したいホテルです。

Wonderful Stay!

The rooms were large and comfortable. Everything was clean, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was included in the cost of our room and had a wide variety of dishes to try. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station, so that something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely come back.

Comfortable, spacious and quiet room on 11th floor. Restaurant with amazing selection of food for both breakfast and dinner. (but poor choices in wine options) Situated in older part of town but easily accessible to major sites with uber or taxi always nearby. I would recommend staying here, and would return.

Do NOT book this hotel. If I could, I would give this hotel zero stars. Extremely unsafe. I had $200 cash stolen from the in room safe that was locked!! Also I later realized that the safe is a joke. The safe pin cover can be completely taken off, the back of the safe has holes (not fireproof), and the safe can be easily moved around. Entire layout of the hotel room is awkward and at night you can hear something moving around in the walls. Bathroom was dirty with black mold all over the shower and bathtub is gross. The front door viewer (peep hole) was completely blurry so you cannot see who is outside your door. This is a very important safety feature. Notified the hotel staff and they did absolutely nothing, did not care, unprofessional, and very mean. And they refused to speak in English even though I requested to use English for easier communication. On top of this I had booked another room for another family member and they left early due to a family emergency. The front desk hotel staff randomly asked why there was no luggage in the second room we booked. Very creepy and how did they know that?? it seems they are keeping tabs on the guests and going into their rooms?! On top of all of this, after we realized they took my GIA certificate for my diamonds! So please do not book this hotel!!
