The hotel is very nice and well equipped. However, there was no pot for coffee and cup for drinking which is very strange . I had to use the glass for brushing teeth to drink water. Otherwise the hotel is up to my expectation.

Very clean and large room, and staff were very helpful! The bathroom is clean and nice, but there is minimum hook to hang anything. The hooks on the door were so short to hold on anything clothes.

Very convenient and great location to access transportation sources. Well manner room service staff and front desk as well. The only suggestion is hoping in the future stay can have yoga mat, balance board or BOSU Balance Trainer at exercise room for elder customers. Mahalo!

We arrived early and were able to relax in their lounge prior to checking in. Staff were helpful with booking car service from and to the airport. Rooms were clean and location very convenient to MRT. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s well situated with the metro right there when you step outside of the hotel, and a lot of eateries around. The room is relatively clean. We were comfortable staying there.

Great hotel — clean and spacious. They didn’t give any amenities but that was okay for us since we always pre-pack beforehand. It’s conveniently located right next to the subway lines which is a plus. I would definitely stay again.
