Very moldy room

The room smell moldy, can visible the mold on the vent, carpet, and wall. Although its self-checking and out, the front desk personnel is rude. When we put the sign to change bed sheets, they didnt even change it at all.

website pictures looked real good but in reality not that great. Carpet is stained in multiple places , chair is also stained and you don’t want to sit on it. AC was off when I moved in, I guess that’s their money saving policy. So there is a strong moldy smell to welcome you at the door. Otherwise , it’s clean, functional and fairly quiet. Room has a window (paid extra) but you just see the next door’s high rise building under construction. Hotel location is close to metro station so it’s convenient.

Mold alert!

Please do something about the mold! The hotel itself and service would be great otherwise, but entering our room I smelled something weird. Later on, I discovered that the entrance door and walls around are covered with mold, probably because of the bathroom next to them, where there was no proper ventilation. It is not healthy! We stayed 8 nights, the cleaning is on-demand which is a clever solution, but our sheets were not changed the entire time. Overall it is still a positive experience, the staff is super kind, and we would stay again in a mold-free room.

POOR HOTEL ROOM

DO NOT RENT THIS HOTEL. We went in late Dec stay at Room 506. The hotel room air conditioner thermostat is not working. The room is freezing at 18°C. The hotel staff said that not able to fix and reject to provide any heater . The light switch is also not working, so it cannot turn off, aftee many complaints so the hotel staff use some type and card to cover it. This is not acceptable. We did not expect to stay in a room which not suppose to rent out. Poor staff service. They not helping us with the AC issue. Construction site next to the hotel.

The whole building smalls like cigarette, some light switches are broken in the room, clogged shower drainage that almost cost flooding in the bathroom. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel, there are plenty of options nearby.
