The rooms come with an attached kitchenette and washing machine which was a bonus to help us with our laundry. We stayed in Shinjuku, Matsumoto and Takayama. It was the biggest room we stayed and we loved it. Conveniently located next to the Bus and Train stations.

Hotel was conveniently located close to the train station and close to many great little restaurants. A good place to stop for a couple of days to see the local sites. They provided a large bottle of water, which they replenished on a daily basis. Coffee and tea were mediocre, but there are many craft coffee, places nearby, which aren’t delicious.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. The room is spacious and has everything you need including pods for the washing machine. They even provided hot chocolate sachets at the front desk! Heating was efficient. The only improvement I would suggest is putting extra pillows on the bed, in saying that, I would assume if I asked, they would have given me another.
