Der Strand wird nur von Hotelbesuchern benutzt, dementsprechend hat es nicht viele Leute was es sehr angenehm macht. Die Anlage ist sauber, das Personal freundlich und das billigste Zimmer war riesig. Top Ferien

we had an amazing stay at the haven khao lak. The personal was very friendly and helpful. Right there you can rent a motorbike and drive around khao lak, to the little town, to the national parks and much more. Everything was great. I will join the haven khao lak everytime again and recommend to everyone.

Tasokas hotelli ja upea allas-alue!

Pros: Hienoa allasalue, tilava hotellihuone, hyvä siivous, rauhallinen lapsivapaa hotelli, jossa on aikuiseen makuun sopiva ilmapiiri.
Cons: Henkilökunnan englannin kielitaitoa ja ilmaisen bussikuljetuksen aikataulua Khao Lakiin.
Location: Sijainti luonnonkauniilla paikalla noin 8 km Khao Lakin keskustasta upealla rauhallisella rannalla.
Hotellissa on todella upeita allasalueita jotka kiemurtelevat jokimaisina ympäri aluetta. Rauhallinen pääallasalue, ihanan leppoisa tunnelma, jossa ei jytä pauhaa ja lapset eivät kilju. Tilavat huoneet on mukavasti sijoiteltu pienempiin rakennuksiin viidakkomaisten kulkureittien varrelle. Suosittelen Pool Access huonetta, jolloin pystyt kätevästi omalta terassilta pulahtamaan suoraan altaaseen. Hotellin edestä avautuu upea ranta, jossa on hyvin rauhallista. Monipuolinen ja runsas aamiainen. Henkilökunnan heikko kielitaito yllätti, edes vastaanotossa ei englannilla meinannut pärjätä. Pieni mukava lisä oli päivittäiset ilmaiset pullotetut juomavedet huoneessa.

Wie auf dem Bild

Pros: - Strand - Swimmingpool im Zimmer und das allg. Swimmingpool - Restaurant, das Essen war hervorragend
Cons: Das Personal sollten wenigstens die Sprache Englisch beherrschen.
Location: Das Hotel ist ein wenig abgelegen vom Centrum, aber mit dem Taxi ist man schnell im Centrum.
Der Aufenhalt war sehr gut, leider hatten wir ein kleines Problem mit dem Personal, und zwar zu kommunizieren. Das Personal konnte nicht gut Englisch aber sonst ist das Hotel empfehlenswert.

Hotel direkt am feinen Sandstrand.

Pros: Die Strandnähe und das gute Frühstück sowie die Freundlichkeit des Personals.
Cons: Mehr Kontrollen. Englischkurse für Personal. Am Strand Liegen und Sonnenschirme.
Location: Es gibt kleine Restaurants und ein Shop in der Nähe. Für besuche im Ort gibt es ein Hotel Bus. Taxis Vorort sind nicht teuer.
Die Englischkenntnisse des Personals sind schlecht. Abklärungen wegen Voucher-Discount haben drei Tage gedauert und wir mussten immer wieder nachfragen. Bestellungen im Restaurant waren zum Teil schwierig. Die Dusche wurde nie gereinigt. Der tote Falter den ich bei Zimmerbezug am Duschabfluss vorfand, lag bis zum Schluss dort. Leider gibt es keine Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand. Die Matten die für den Strand vorgesehen sind, für ältere Personen nicht geeignet. Wir sind zu zweit während drei Wochen in Thailand gereist und haben in dieser Zeit sieben Hotels in unterschiedlichen Klassen besucht die zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit waren. Diese war unsere letzte Destination und leider auch die Mangelhafteste.
