There were druggies hanging out outside the hotel, one kept asking me for a ride while I was trying to get into my car for work, and then another one, trying to get into the side of the hotel, chased my son inside while he was taking the dog out. The room was really outdated, very dirty & the majority of the staff were incompetent when asked any questions. They laughed off the guy chasing my son saying that the guy wasn’t supposed to be there already, they also have NO OUTSIDE CAMERAS for the safety of customers. My bill through Expedia was supposed to be $870 & they charged me $920 because they tacked on 3 different taxes that were supposed to be included in the price, PLUS parking fee each day, even though they have signs everywhere that says park at your own risk & 0 cameras!! We had to switch rooms half way through my stay due to our toilet leaking. The outside gas grill’s barely worked & you had to wait at least 30 minutes to get hot water in the morning and most of the time in the evening as well. The breakfast was OK, it could’ve been better.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast had several options for a free meal. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bed was a little worn but still comfortable. Hot water takes a while and then was hard to adjust. Issues were minor overall. Very convenient if you need a stay close to hospital

Wouldn't stay again. The room was much older and everything was pretty dirty. Others' hair in the tub, the fridge had smudges all over it, the floor was so dirty that our stocks were sticky and black by the end of a couple of hours of walking around in the room, the bed and pillows were lumpy, it smelled musty and it took the shower about 30 minutes of running time to get warm. The only plus was that there are a lot of plugs.

The hotel was worn down, there were stains on the sheets and towels and crumbs, hair and dirt in the floors, counters, and in the pull out. When we asked for a new room we were told there were none. So we asked for new sheets which we were given but which were also stained. When we then opened the extra bedding to try and make the best of it there was a live bug in the bedding. At that point we asked for a full refund (which has yet to arrive) and left the hotel and stayed at the Hyatt which was much better.
