I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We strive to create a welcoming environment for all guests, including those with pets. They are welcome in all our rooms, as well as we can set up a doggie bed and a drinking bowl if requested.I apologize if our policies regarding pets in certain areas were not clearly communicated. While the access with a pet to restaurant is not possible, they are however welcome to stay on the lobby. Only the closest area in front of the lobby bar is restricted due to it being a crowded area with limited space to move.I am happy to say all areas in the lobby are serviced by our bar staff, so ordering drinks and snacks no problem, even if sitting few meters further of the bar area.
