Good location and nice views from higher floors. Rooms were ok size and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Personnel was helpful and smiling. Only small minus comes from bathroom lights (non-existant to do makeup) and small bath towels.

Classy hotel very near the city center

Pros: Very clean, comfortable room. Elevators were very quick.
Location: Hotel was located only 15 minutes walk from the cozy Old Town. Shopping Centers 10 minutes walk away.Good idea is to take a tram to Kadriorgi park.
Our visit to Tallinn and Estonia Opera was crowned by this luxus hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Braakfast was really abundant and waiters serving me and my wife were nice and polite.

I have been in all sort of 5 star hotels in Europe and Asia. Tallinn does not have "real" world class 5 star luxury hotels but I was so happy to find out that nothing wrong happened during my trip. Check in was really well done. Check out was great. Hotel room was really good for Tallinn. Breakfast was really good (Greek yogurt with berries and egg avocado thing was my favorite from the list.). I traveled with old person who could not speak English and not having best memory anymore and it was not a problem. Personnel handled everything well and there was good synergy with people. If one could not find solution it took couple seconds to find person who could help. I loved that the hotel was not understaffed and it made the difference. Every customer facing team seems to have at least one world class employee to help less experienced ones. Whoever the person/team handling the difficult process called recruitment/training/budgeting. Thank you! Same for the customer service team. Thank you! My last few trips with same quality hotels had all sort of stupid mistakes and required me to help with their job. It was just so refreshing to have hotel experience where basic things just worked. Like if I need to nitpick something. Coffee could be better. I can highly recommend hotel based on this experience.
