Dear guest, Thank you for staying at Swissotel Tallinn. We would like to mention that we have one of the biggest hotel rooms in Tallinn which is 28m2. We are sorry to hear that the pillow did not meet your expectations. In Swissotel we have also the pillow menu where guests can select their personal favourite from the wide range of pillows on the à la carte pillow menu, for a deep, restful and relaxing sleep. We are very sorry to hear of the problem with the shower. We also started to renovation the rooms and we are constantly working to improve for more better services.
