Room was small, pillows very uncomfortable, shower kept leaking from the tray and caused a mess whenever it was used.

Dear guest, Thank you for staying at Swissotel Tallinn. We would like to mention that we have one of the biggest hotel rooms in Tallinn which is 28m2. We are sorry to hear that the pillow did not meet your expectations. In Swissotel we have also the pillow menu where guests can select their personal favourite from the wide range of pillows on the à la carte pillow menu, for a deep, restful and relaxing sleep. We are very sorry to hear of the problem with the shower. We also started to renovation the rooms and we are constantly working to improve for more better services. Hyvä huone ainut miinus ilmastointilaite joka piti kovaa ääntä? Lisäksi spa oli iso pettymys, vain uima-allas, sauna jossa ei saanut kunnon löylyjä automaattinen heitto. Höyrysaunan lattia kylmä, toisella kerralla ei ollut ollenkaan höyryä? Mutta aamupala oli kiitettävä ! Hyvät näköalat!

The room did not meet the expectations we had. At that price you would hope for extreme quality, but for example the TV was from prehistoric era, the aircondition was so loud. Spa did not have a jacuzzi. All in all, the view from the room was the main reason to stay, and it did not dissapoint. Friendly staff, good breakfast.
