You have full access to this private modern tropical home with over 6,000 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor living space, including 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, 2 tropical outdoor showers, jacuzzi, firepit, rancho, hammocks, 75-inch TV, ping pong table, and plenty indoor and outdoor seating space.

The 4 main bedrooms are strategically located around the spacious living room, and kitchen/dining area. This makes it perfectly designed to accommodate one large family or 2 families traveling together wanting plenty of their own space yet still close enough to enjoy each other, or fun groups of friends! Two of the bedrooms have a private terrace.

The host is one of the best our family have experienced. They respond quickly and efficiently while anticipating your needs. We can’t say enough good things about the host.If you don’t rent a vehicle you will be limited on your options for food. The only 2 options within the property are the Beach Club and the JW. If you’re cooking the kitchen is well stocked but there is only a small market within the property and the major markets are in Tamarindo. The host can arrange transportation to town or a grocery delivery.
