We rented this house to attend an event at Raymond James Stadium, it was conveniently located to both the stadium and the Tampa airport. There was also a Publix grocery store very close by. We stayed at the house 3 nights, it was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. We really enjoyed the pool/patio area. We would consider renting this house again if we return to the area.

Large House that needs a little TLC

We were a group of ladies attending a conference at Amalie Arena. We needed a place to stay that would accommodate all of us and within our budget. This house suited our needs well. The neighborhood is fine, but not resort like - it definitely feels residential. It has a good amount of space so families or groups have room to spread out. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house as we were gone from morning to night. A few things to point out - the bunk beds, as well as the main floor primary, are in need of new mattresses. They could use a few more places in the bathrooms to hang towels, and while they ask you to use the "black" towels after make up removal, they didn't provide any in most of the bathrooms. The hot water in the pool bathroom was scalding, and couldn't be adjusted, so that needs to be repaired. The pavers by the pool were overgrown with weeds, so that was a bit unsightly. The house could use a good once-over with a deep clean and to address small issues, like the lamp next to the bed in the upstairs primary, which wasn't working properly. Overall, a decent experience but I wasn't in love with the place.

Stayed here for family reunion and UM football at Raymond James stadium. This property is all things listed and we even had our 'tailgate' at house with excellent poolside grill / outdoor kitchen. Kids loved it as did the adults. Thank you

Great family home in a great location

Our family felt at home during our vacation. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The pool area was great for the kids and lounging. The hosts were responsive. We definitely would return if we return to Tampa.

Family vacation

My brothers and I rented this property and brought my parents for my mom’s 80th birthday. Nice quiet weekend for us all just to be together. The house was spacious enough for everyone and we all enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. My brother said the room with the bunk beds had not so great mattresses, and they didn’t sleep too well.

So glad I found this listing while looking for a place to stay for a graduation ceremony for a family member. Very well decorated home, very spacious and very clean. 1st visit to Tampa and left a very good impression for me. When I return I will definitely book this again. Thanks! Very reasonably priced compared to other properties in the area also. A lot of bang for your buck for sure

Dragonboat team haven

Team was in town for the weekend to attend the dragonboat festival at Rocky Point. Nice roomy place with something for everyone. Easy to get to/from local places of interest. Gracious host welcome package was a nice touch.

This home fufilled all of our needs for our trip. The home was not very clean, we had to clean everything before we used it. The floors were very dirty as well. We chose this home for the pool and it was fantastic throughout our stay. It was the highlight of the trip for the kids. There are also only 2 full bathrooms inside the home, the 3rd shower is in the pool area which we did not realize prior to check in.

Great place for a large group!

Very large home with plenty of beds for a large family or group of friends. We had 8 adults all in Tampa for a concert at the stadium. The huge outdoor area around the pool is a wonderful gathering place to relax and enjoy a drink.

Back Home

We returned to Tampa to visit our family and friends. With 5 of us, we are too much of an imposition to stay with anyone, so we picked this VRBO. It was stellar. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. WAY better than a hotel. We made coffee in the morning, lounged by the pool, went to the beach, deep sea fishing, a Rays game, Busch Gardens
everything. We cooked meals, we ordered in, we got up early, we slept in, we stayed up late, we went to bed early
.We didn’t turn on the TV all week! It was JUST like being home. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Carlos!

Tampa Get-away with every imaginable amenity!

We stayed here with our adult children and grandchildren while visiting Tampa. The home has a fabulous layout; there is always somewhere to go if you need a moment to yourself. The childrens' room is decorated in a Star Wars theme which my grandson loved, and his 2 twin younger siblings were both able to fit in there as well with their 2 portable cribs. There are plenty of towels, linens and pillows, and a large capacity washer and dryer. The kitchen is FULLY stocked, and even had a cooler we were able to use for a picnic. The children items are too numerous to list, but just a few included a stroller, portable crib, high chair, play yard panels and foam floor to keep the toddlers contained, floaties for babies, and numerous pool toys, books, games, and even more. There is a gas grill and blackstone flat top for cooking in the spacious, covered heated pool area, not to mention a nice fire table to sit around and enjoy the outdoors. The only possible thing I could think of that would add to this home would be sharp knives (or a knife sharpener), and maybe another cutting board (the one provided is granite). Everyone had such a wonderful time here and our grandchildren loved their time in the pool. The only disappointing part of the stay was having to leave. Highly recommend for families of all sizes and generations!

EXCELLENT!!

This location is perfect. The amenities are phenomenal. They don't give themselves enough credit for what they provide. Clean, roomy, comfortable beds and so much more. Location is so close to so much!! We enjoyed the pool area. Used the griddle every morning to make breakfast for 10 people. We highly recommend and if we ever go back and have a big group, no doubt this is where we would choose to stay again. Basically if we needed it, THEY HAD IT!!!!

Wilhite Christmas Vacation

We loved this home and property. Everything we needed was thought of. The home was clean and spacious and close to airport and attractions. We enjoyed the pool area with grill and wonderful outdoor area which was extra living space. Carlos was great to work with and we will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
