We reached out to ask how to check in and the mgr upgraded us to a second floor unit with a better view. With no front desk to check in, it took me a little bit to find the stairwell to the 2nd floor, and the code worked. The property mgr was very responsive. We didn't use the amenities bc it was a quick stay for thanksgiving with family down the street. But it seemed as nice as a hotel for the same price, especially since the area was hit with heavy hurricanes the month before but they seemed to have recovered.
bad experiences place smell bad and full of mosquito hard to communicate with property manager..for safety issue i have to cancel my vacation before time because they give my apartment access code to other visitor ....
The rental is not the same as the pictures. The locks didnt work. The place smelled horrible. It was very dirty. Hair everywhere. Asked for a refund and owner stopped responding.
The unit was good but not the unit in the pic advertised, it was clean and very hassle free, the landlords provided coffee ( a major plus) and the resort is very relaxing, lots of friendly staff and interesting people and activities
Unfortunately we were informed day of rental that the property was not available due to water damage. We were offered another option; although it was at least 20-minutes away which was inconvenient. We were dissappointed; alhtough appreciated that we were able to receive full refund.
I flew in from Maryland to see my pregnant girlfriend for her fathers 50th birthday with friends and family only to find out my reservation was canceled terrible lack of communication not only that I booked this a week ago having said that Iâve never ever had a reservation thatâs been canceled last minute like this especially with my pregnant girlfriend who I was surprising! Lack of leadership and incompetence on your agency booking I will never book through your so called company again
