Even though there was an incident late at night and early in the morning where a guest was being loud and screaming, I give an overall 5 stars. The manager immediately handled it and personally spoke to me apologizing. The staff was amazing, professional and caring as well as efficient. Only thing I found kind of strange was that the same building was for both Hampton Inn AND Home 2 Suites. I was told that each floor was designated for each hotel

My blinds didn't work the first night.. maintenance came and fix it the next day no housekeeper came to clean the debris after maintenance done working There were old stains all around the bed skirt which was disgusting. Didn't want to complain again because i already did about the blinds nor did i want to have a bad weekend getaway. DID NOT enjoyed my stay!!!!

The property was very clean and inviting. The hotel itself makes you feel welcome and safe. We were in town for an event at Amalie Arena and the Hotel was in walking distance.

No complaints at all!

I had called to accommodate an early check in after a 7day cruise, the ladies were very nice and helpful and made it work! Upon arrival both receptionists greeted me with a smile and welcome! They told me all of the amenities that came with the stay and was very pleasant! The corner room had a beautiful view!!!! Loved loved loved it! Room was clean, loved how they have the apps that you can watch as if you was at home! Was able to hit the gym, and even washed a few loads of laundry (at a low cost), before traveling back home! Parking was available for the rental at a cost, Starbucks on the bottom level, restaurants around, and an easy checkout, what more can a traveler ask for! A very relaxing, pleasant stay! Thank you!
