The hotel was under renovation so our room was missing any rails or area to hang clothes. We had to drape clothes over the bag of the chair. There was no ironing board either. The paint on the walls was chipped. The shower curtain had black mold on the bottom. It was disgusting.

In my experience La Quinta's have been hit or miss. This was a miss. Staff was OK. Property was lacking in every category related to even the basic level in the hospitality industry.

Poor lighting in the room, though the bathroom was bright. Large gap under door, critters or water easily could get in from outdoors. Next to the airport so expectedly noisy…gap under door didn’t help.

Check in took 65 min. Only the manager on check in handling a number of people who had no reservations due to canceled flights. I had two room reservations but my brother didn't make it here due to the Toronto airport Delta airplane crash which closed the entire airport. Unfortunately I had a non refundable rate, but under these circumstances is there any way to issue me either a refund or issue a future credit

The place waa dorty with hair in the shower and shampoo was empty. Lots of allergies, I peactically sneezed all bight long. Breafast place is congested with linited choice. Id gove it a D and do not plan to stay here again.
