the hotel was nasty and dirty tried talking to the hotel she was nasty the first room they gave us smell of cigarettes and marijuana the bed was dirty me and my wife had to walk to store in not a good area to get a pillowcase coming back from the store I stopped again to the front office where the hotel manager was nasty and rude kept on saying I'm not giving a refund i never asked for on the other guy working there put us in a anther room again the same condition that hotel is not in any condition to have people stay there inside to outside nasty and I feel bad for who stays there.

There’s insect/pest in the room. I saw one in the wall by the tv and one on the floor by the sink and a little worm on the floor. The hair dryer is not working , the iron board doesn’t stay up and the usb charger by tv is not working. I stayed in room 147.

Property was definitely not what was advertised. Supposed to have a hot tub. Our room was dirty and musty smelling. The door was hard to shut and lock which was concerning with traveling with 2 small children. We put up do not disturb so that our things remained undisturbed while we were out. But it was obvious upon returning that someone had been in the room.

The room smelled so moldy right upon entering and we all woke up coughing and feeling sickish in the morning. The cover on one bed had 2 small yellow stains on it and the sheets on another had some yellow stains. There were stains on the ceiling, peeling of paint in a couple areas and a circle spot where the paint came off from where there were leaks in the bedroom. There were moldy spots on the wall around the shower head in the bathroom. The fabric iron board attached to the wall was so gross with stains all over it. The mirror had rust around it. The floor molding in the bathroom looked like it had fallen off and someone tried putting glue all over it and up the wall and it was all disconnected brown and gross. The handle to the bedside drawer was completely orange and rusted. Not enough towels for to take showers in the morning. Thankfully We didn’t need to spend much time in the room because we were at Halloscream Busch Gardens until late. Only good thing was it was close to there which is why I picked it. It was 1 Adult and 2 teens. We were so grossed out to shower and lay in the beds. We were careful not to touch anything or walk barefoot. We didn’t even try the free breakfast, we left as soon as woke up and went to eat at Waffle House 2 miles away.

Staff are friendly. Not much shops nearby buy food is accessible with variety of options. Room doesn’t have a cabinet to hang our clothes. A/C were dripping along hall ways. But overall, our stay was ok.
