On initial arrival, the house looks great. But the more you look around, the more you notice there are some issues with it. The house had a lot of pet hair on the couch on arrival. The smoke detector was missing batteries, some windows cannot lock or are missing the locking mechanism, very low water pressure in master bathroom sink. Questionable work on some of the appliance installation (dishwasher and kitchen sink both move freely). Trash was not picked up during our week stay and it began to overflow outside. The dock had a broken chair back, causing us to almost fall off the dock. The back birdcage screen has holes in it, but pests still stayed out. The team was responsive, but none of the aforementioned issues were necessarily a “make it or break it” for the trip. The location is great and the neighborhood is very quiet. The pool and outside back area is very nice and relaxing. Overall, this place is good, but you’ll see a ton of small things (that I haven’t even listed here) that kind of make you raise an eyebrow.
