The sheets on the bed were filthy, the couch had big stains, the bathroom door nob was broken. The mattress had springs poking out. Air conditioner was so loud. Didn't feel safe as it sounded as if someone was trying to open the door all night.

I had to move rooms twice. In the first room bed looked like someone was laying in it. bathroom did not look clean. staff moved us in another room, but the sink has stand still old water in it wasn't going down and bathroom looked dirty. Last room was better but remote did not work and sticky.
