Although we only stayed 1 night, Roost was perfect for our needs. Clean, spacious rooms and great amenities. The coworking space, gym, and pool were particular standouts. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is great— lots of stores and restaurants all in walking distance!

This is our second time returning to the roost. Great location and very clean hotel. Disappointed that I got a handicap accessible room. I did not book that and unfortunately did not leave much counter space for getting ready and toiletries. Next time I would make sure to book a standard room.

Roost Tampa is the ultimate hotel when staying in Tampa. It offers a magnificent stay with all of the amenities of a luxury condo. The Water Street location offers great proximity to everything in walking distance. To top it off, the staff is amazing, especially Ms Ashley & Ms Betsy at the front desk.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was not only nice but also aesthetically pleasing, with a stylish and comfortable atmosphere throughout. Loved staying here! Super clean and cozy, the beds were really comfy, and the vibe was just right. The staff were all so nice and helpful, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. Would definitely come back!
