We loved the house. Clean. Quiet. Furniture is comfortable. Home is well stocked. Nice linens. Good towels. Beautiful pool. Love the neighborhood. We had an opportunity to meet our host. He and his wife care about the guests having a good experience. We were so happy, we reserved another stay for a few months down the road. Can’t wait to return!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! The property is fabulous and so much more than the description and photos prepared us for.You successfully anticipated what we would want and need in a five star property and delivered even more!The house is beautifully decorated, inviting and comfortable, just what we needed to unwind and recharge.All of the appliances are new.The pool area is an oasis, with amazing landscaping. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been warmer temperatures. We’ve registered our complaint with Mother Nature.Rick and Meme anticipated all of our questions before we had a chance to ask them.The location is close to everything that we needed to make our stay complete. We will definitely be visiting Serenity Springs again.

Serenity Springs was an ideal home for our family stay. Our grandkids loved the pool. The house is in a great location with easy access for all needs. Rick was a great host and responsive to all our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in the Riverview area.

Tampa serenity

We stayed at this property on Fourth of July had a common courtesy for the owner. We decided to only do about three small fireworks in the streets and then we took our fireworks down the street at a park and let loose. It was really fun although we got a beautiful firework show from the Neighbor’s two doors down lol The property was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and enjoyed the big screen TVs throughout the house watching movies this property I give a five star rating. I would give it 10, but it only goes up to five stars back up to a nature preserve which is really neat to hear all the different birds and animals. I would highly recommend this property to anybody.

Friendly area, very clean house. Nicely appointed, you don’t have to worry about bringing anything really, except a toothbrush and clothes! This family WANTS your stay to be good, they provide extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. and we always pack extra so we don’t have to buy - a nice surprise to be able to find things for our stay just to make it good one. The owners really wanted us to feel like they would have done anything to help us! Loved the family games and area to play board games! Very nice place!

Serenity Springs Riverview FL

Our family loves visiting this property. It is very close to our children and grandchildren in the northern part of Riverview It has all the amenities we enjoy in Texas like the pool and the lanai. Grocery stores are very close. It’s very clean and very comfortable. The hosts are great with communication and go way out of their way to make you feel comfortable. This is the only place we will ever stay and will visit often.

Such a beautiful place to stay!!

I brought my Fiance and family down here to Tampa for our cousins wedding and we all had the best time staying here. The house is even bigger in person and the heated salt water pool was to die for.. we hardly left it when we were at the house. The neighborhood was VERY nice and quiet, but being able to park in the garage with the rental made it that much better!We were greeted with a very nice welcome letter, champagne, and chocolates. All the rooms had their own tvs and they had any appliance you may need there for us to use. Rick and Meme were great with communication and even gave us a ton of recommendations in their book and tips for travel around the area. If we're ever back in Tampa I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for everything yal!

This house was everything promised. The pool area is especially pleasant and enjoyable. We have rented somewhere in Florida each winter for many years and Rick, Ruth and Meme are the best. Very accommodating and responsive. Everything Tampa has to offer is close. We’ll stay here again!

Lovely, well maintained turn-key home w plenty of space. Everything you need. Great screened pool complex heated w both propane and solar keeps things warm. Our host Rick was extremely attentive to any questions or issues. I would definitely recommend this property.

Home Away From Home!

From the moment, my first message was sent to the property owner, I knew this was the place for my husband and I to celebrate Christmas in the Tampa area with friends. Rick was unbelievably responsive and accommodating. The home could not have been more comfortable. It truly felt like we were home for the week we were there. The house was clean, we slept like babies in comfortable bed and did not need anything. The house is extremely well stocked with all the things that you might need. This gem is tucked into a quiet neighborhood close to everything.The pool was a bonus addition to the great fenced in property.It’s in a great location, surrounded by fun things to do great restaurants and easy shopping. We had absolutely no issues with our weeklong stay and if we are in the Tampa area visiting our friends again, we would 100% stay at this location again.

Oasis in Florida

The home was perfect! The neighborhood was quiet. The backyard and pool area was relaxing. The natural habitat that borders the backyard was a bonus. The information Rick provided and the questions he answered for us made planning our week very easy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen definitely had everything we wanted to use and then some! It was also a perfect location for the drive to the Buccaneers game. I would stay again.

5 star Thanksgiving stay at Serenity Springs Nature Escape

Our family had the most incredible Thanksgiving at Serenity Springs Nature Escape! My husband and I traveled to Florida to be with family, and this home was absolutely perfect for our holiday gathering. Our nieces and nephew (6, 3, and 18 months) absolutely adored the house and the pool. It’s not always easy to find a space that’s truly kid-friendly, but this one delivered in every way—our cousin (their mom) even commented on how thoughtfully set up it was for little ones. I heard my two nieces ask if they could "stay here forever?" What a compliment! We cooked a full Thanksgiving feast, and the kitchen was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed. From the moment we walked in, the home felt so warm and inviting, like it had been waiting just for us. Cozy doesn’t even begin to describe it! And the backyard—oh, the backyard—is pure magic. The pool was the highlight of everyone’s trip, complete with plenty of pool toys, chairs, and games. It’s an ideal space for fun, relaxation, and creating lifelong memories. A huge thank-you to Rick for being such a wonderful host. Communication was seamless, and he made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell he and his family genuinely care about making your stay special. We’ll treasure this trip forever and can’t wait to come back to Serenity Springs Nature Escape!

Comfortable and cozy home away from home

We were so thankful to come across this lovely welcoming home. The owners took so much effort in providing personal touches so that we would feel like we were at home. It made for an easy and relaxing stay. There were 5 adults in our party and there was planet of space for us all. The owner was easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay. Because there was no one checking in the next day they were gracious enough to allow for a late check out and then communicated challenges in area based on the impending hurricane. Highly recommend this location.

We enjoyed this house so much with the beautiful heated pool and the bedrooms were spacious. The house had everything we needed and more. The host was great and told who invite our family that lived near by so we had a wonderful bbq and pool party. I would stay here again.
