Me and my friends had a great stay here. The house was clean and the backyard was very nice and enjoyable. A few things were broken when we arrived but nothing that really hindered our stay to much. The most concerning one being the fridge needing a replacement filter so we couldnât get water or ice from it.
We had a great stay! The location in YBOR was a great for us as it was close to for our family to be together. It was walking distance to the trolley & YBOR. The home was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed.
Arrival was easy with the smart lock on the front door, which was good because we arrived late at night. Thank goodness for GPS because the mailbox with the street address was laying in a heap next to the entry fence (in which the gate was tattered and hard to close). The inside was cute and looked nice. Liked that the kids each had their own bedroom, however, the doors to both of those rooms did not close properly and stuck to the jamb (making a very loud squeaky noise when opening and closing). Beds were okay; the mattress in the primary bedroom needs an update, felt like I was rolling to the center. Several other updates need to occur (replace shower curtain linings, repair the blinds that are falling off the wall in the main living space, the door jamb where the back door leading outside to the patio area closes is almost non-existent near the lock). The location is near Ybor city, 2 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk to the main area, so very convenient. Also, convenient to downtown Tampa. Ybor city is a great place to eat and get a few drinks so the location is nice. The ice-maker was broken, and, although the response was a little delayed, Chabu (the manager) was very accommodating to try and make the situation right. The outdoor space is neat and if the weather had been better we would have spent more time enjoying it. The walkway to the outdoor space is a little off-putting with a giant leaning cactus and mold on the house.
This property suited our needs because we wanted 4 Bedrooms in Ybor. It is a bit of a walk to the central Ybor commercial area but that was OK with our group. Overall, a good experience.
My party and I thoroughly enjoyed the property and all of the amenities included. The rooms were comfortable and clean while accommodating our large party. My only issue is the surrounding area. There is a strip of restaurants and store near by that are great however the neighbor hood that the home is located in is unsafe. Upon leaving dinner our waiter and a police officer were concerned for our safety to walk back. It is a short walk but for families or other compromised groups I would not recommend leaving the property after dark unless driving.
This little house was very cute and convenient to the cruise terminal. We were only there one night but would rent it again if we were leaving from the cruise terminal.
We had a fine time at the rental. The rooms were as described, and the rental was clean. There were oddities like the lights would not turn on in certain areas, and the TV was hard to figure out, but all in all it was a good stay. The beds could use a refresher, but very conveinent location for what we needed.
The house was perfect for our stay! The host allowed us to check in early to get ready for my sisters small family wedding, however we ended up staying at the house and doing the wedding in the beautiful back yard instead of rushing to the courthouse. It was the perfect space inside and out! I highly recommend this space especially if you enjoy time outside it's a really beautiful space! And thank you to the host for helping us make such a beautiful day happen!
The location, next to the charming Ybor City and very close to the trolley line is perfect. The house is cute and nicely decorated but the listing is incorrect. It says Sleep 10 but it can only sleep 8 and the 4th bedroom is actually a laundry room with bunk beds. The dining table can only seat 4 and the living room has sofas for 5 people only. The outside is cute and can seat more people weather permitting. The host was quick to respond when we had an electrical problem and brought us items such as toilet paper that were missing. Some major items were still missing. No extra towels, hand towels, wine glasses, cutting board, soap / shampoo. Overall, itâs a nice place but more fitted for 6 people.
The property is super cute! Space is well appointed, we were hosting our local family for Pre-Thanksgiving activities. There was ample space, since the young ones utilized the outdoor space. Location was excellent and easily accessible, the parking was also adequate.
The host was very responsive.
Beautiful interior decorations, plenty of entertaining space. The outside area was a hit. Great communication with the owning agency, given that Hurricane Milton had just hit the area.
Perfect place for our needs; wonderful outside space, too.
This location was good for us as it was about 10 miles from Raymond James Stadium where we were going for a soccer match. Places right near RayJay were super expensive. We opted to stay in Ybor at this VRBO and it worked out perfectly.
The house is nicely decorated and is close to TPA and restaurants. However as many reviewers mentioned, thereâs a few missing fine details and some TLC needed - the hallway door was falling off, there were no towel holders in the main bathroom, we ran out of toilet paper in one bathroom, the doors fo the washroom and possibly one of the bedrooms get jammed so it made a loud noise when the doors opened. The room with bunk beds is also very small and has the washer/dryer in the closet. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities and pots/pans. Overall we had a good experience and the house met our needs - the host made sure we had a pack n play, was responsive and communicated well with us before and during our stay.
