My wife and I stayed at this Vrbo rental from March 15â21, 2026, and cannot recommend it. The neighborhood felt unsafe, and the home itself was worn and dirty. All three bedrooms have heavily stained carpetsâtoo many to fully document.The master bedroom had a strong, unpleasant odor (urine, mold, or mildew). Likely causes include damp carpet from the pool entrance and a deteriorated master bathroom. The bathroom showed clear mold/mildew: a stained ceiling vent, blackened metal window frame, moldy grout, chipped painted tile, and a drain clogged with hair. The condition and smell were so bad we avoided using it.The secondary bathroom, though remodeled, was worse functionally. The shower drain clogged quickly, leaving standing water. Poor design caused water to spill onto the floor due to an outward-sloping edge, creating a hazard and likely damaging the subfloorâanother source of odor.The master bedroom also lacked a closet, and a loud HVAC unit sat outside the window. We chose to sleep elsewhere. The two smaller bedrooms were tight and poorly arranged, with limited usable storage.Outside, the pool area was also deterioratedâchipped decking and a dirty enclosure. Kitchen pans had dried food, and there were bugs on bathroom floors. Conditions were so poor we left two days early despite paying through the 21st. This property needs major renovation, not just cleaning. Avoid. Pictures attached for everything except the bugs and kitchen pans.
