Room generally good but surprised no hair dryer. View is great, unfortunately Cameron highlands has too much construction going on. Front desk personnel polite. Thank you. Restaurant staff will require more training for a 5 star hotel. Not attentive : -waiter does not stay in the big dinning area so hard to get some service - only serve dishes. No initiative to get extra plate / bowl when was obviously sharing - pizza served with no chilli flakes and tobasco sauce. In fact, has not heard of tobasco sauce. - Disappeared fast after food served.

The hotel is new and is strategically located where you can easily walk out for meals or getting some basic items from the convenience stores. I think the staff needs more training to build a more hospitality working culture but I do appreciate that the hotel is located in a place where staffing may be hard to come by.

Overall very satisfied in staying with this hotel. However, one thing that I don’t like is that they are unable to provide bottled water during middle of the night due to their house keeping department is close.

The best hotel for this area

Excellent hotel. There seems to be a debate whether it's a 5 star hotel or a 3.5 star hotel, but I think 3.5 stars is a good compromise. And it's the best one in this category. Might be pricier compated to other nearby hotels, but it's far higher quality and in a very convenient location. It has a great breakfast that our room came with mixing Western and local cuisines. The room is spacious and has a great balcony and great bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel.

I have two point to highlight 1. Breakfast- have a lot of choice but the menu & taste so average. Nasi lemak & sambal total failed. 2. Hairdryer so old & kettle is dirty ( filter section ) I expected everything to be good because this hotel very new in Cameron. But it’s ok, I’m not really upset. Sorry if my word is harsh for you. I don’t have problem with other services.Only that there is room for improvement.I am not willing to be call for the things I said. Thank you..

Two Facts You Need To Know B4 booking

Firstly. This 5* hotel DOES NOT SELL ALCOHOL OF ANY DESCRIPTION. Secondly. The driveway from the town to the hotel lobby is a 200 metre 1 in 2 incline. Totally unsuitable for anyone with a heart ❤️ condition or mobility problems. Absolutely rediculous that the hotel offers no transfer support. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable I did not sleep for 3 nights. This hotel over sold and under delivered. Avoid.

Bathroom cleanliness is an issue, with mold on the grout. Also, found that the blanket has stains and yet it is used as clean sheet. Overall charging 3-star room rate with 1-star standards.
