The property was beautiful and well-maintained, the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. I was disappointed that the fitness center did not open until 6am. I need to wake up early for my work commitments, and I really wanted to use the fitness center early, but I could not do it.

This is the best hotel in that area...you find everything you need in the same building...movie theater, restaurants, mall, and an aquarium...oh and within walking distance of an outled mall and high speed rail station

Super convenient hotel that’s close to HSR station and airport MRT station. Walkable covered path from station to hotel through the outlet mall. Plentiful dinning options for all ages either directly connected to the hotel or in the outlet mall (still very close by and walkable). Large hotel room and large bathroom. Excellent choices with breakfast as well. This hotel is especially a great choice of hotel if you need to catch an early flight next morning at TPE.

It says the hotel is in Expedia VIP program, and there is a shuttle bus to the airport. Neither were true, the hotel only offers shuttle to the subway station, and no VIP room upgrade or benefits.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Taiwan. It has a unique layout where the 1st floor is for luggage storage and taxi waiting and 2nd floor is for check-in. Requested a top floor room to the side, granted! Room is clean, modern, and smells nice. Traffic noise is minimal, I barely heard any. Outlet mall (and MRT) is super close. Area is safe (Taiwan in general is). There’s a breakfast place and a convenience store nearby. Taoyuan airport is a brisk 15 minutes away by taxi. Perfect hotel to catch an early flight. Overall quite a memorable stay for me.
