The one-story interior offers a simple, bright and very cozy style. Upon entering we find the dining room kitchen with TV, a comfortable sofa, table for 6 people and ceramic hob. To rest, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with a fan to cool the hottest nights. The two extra guests can occupy the double sofa bed. The only bathroom in the apartment is equipped with a shower. Finally, in the accommodation you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as crib and high chair if you travel with your baby.

The property is located just 500 meters from the beach of Los Lances, of fine white sand and object of desire of lovers of the sea and water sports. In addition, it is a natural place of great ecological value where you can observe the migration of birds. About 5 km away is the village, where you will find all the necessary services for your stay, such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
