The condition of my room especially the bathroom was horrible. The tile floor and shower floor were scuffed up and the walls and doorway were dirty and badly in need of fresh paint. There was mold in the sink. The thermostat did not work so the room was either too hot or too cold. The cards to get into the room took multiple tries to unlock the door. I was shocked that a Marriott would be in such horrible shape.

Staff was lovely. Rooms were clean and parking was easy. The bar has plenty of comfortable seating options and the food we had was good. Only stayed for one night but would definitely recommend.

Dining area/bar too small and noisy. regular customers charged for internet and it is very slow. Club members free for slow internet and $5.00 charge to upgrade. High tech elevator and low tech internet. No security for room floors, you do not need key card to go up to rooms

We were punished for checking in late. I called to advise earlier in the day. No offense to handicapped people but they should have asked us in advanced and never told us when we checked in. That was unacceptable at 10:00 pm and too tired to complain. We are owed an accommodation because the room is not what we reserved
