Taupo sits at the heart of the North Island, and this three-bedroom home puts you right in the thick of it — close to the lake foreshore, local cafés, and the town centre, yet tucked away enough to feel like a genuine escape.



Inside, the home is warm and well set up for groups of up to eight. Good heating throughout keeps things comfortable year-round, and the practical layout across three bedrooms and two bathrooms means everyone has room to settle in and relax.



The deck is a great spot to fire up the BBQ and take in the lake view, and the home is pet-friendly — so there's no need to leave the dog behind. Whether you're here for the lake, the adventure trails, the fishing, or simply a break from the everyday, R n R Retreat is a relaxed and welcoming base for it all.

Bedroom 3: 1 x Set of Single Bunk beds + 1 x Single bed



Living Room: 1 x Sofa bed (best suited for up to 2 small children or 1 adult)



House Rules and Information -



Parking: 3 x off street parking, including boat parking. There is no guest access to the garage.



*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.



Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome. Please contact us to discuss your pet prior to booking. A pet fee & bond will apply.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company and provide all linen, towels, and amenities as part of your stay.



Cleaning: An exit clean is included in your booking. Please leave the property tidy, with dishes clean and all food and rubbish removed.



Parties/events/noise: This is a residential property. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm and be considerate of neighbours. No parties or large gatherings.



Smoking/vaping: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.



Minimum age to book: The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to make a booking.



Please note: A 2.9% surcharge is charged on all credit/debit card transactions.

RnR Retreat offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
