Built in 1945 our charming home has room for the family with flexible upstairs and downstairs living, bathroom and bedroom options. It has been thoughtfully refurbished with the kitchen and bathrooms providing all the mod-cons in keeping with the character of the home. There are two living areas and a seating area in the kitchen/dining which opens up to a large deck and private courtyard. It also has a large front garden for kicking a ball around and off-road parking. There are three good sized bedrooms with queen size beds plus the option to sleep two extra people on beds in the upstairs lounge.
The avenues location is great for easy access to Tauranga city and Mount Maunganui and is a lovely quiet neighbourhood away from the main roads. Fraser Cove shopping centre is nearby which has a large Countdown Supermarket and a range of other food and retail shops. A lovely estuary walk is also nearby which is great for dog walks.
This is our home so it is furnished as such, with some of our personal things still in the cupboards and drawers and of course a bit of wear and tear, but we are sure you will be very at home and will enjoy the comforts of a lovely family home. We supply linen and towels and most kitchen condiments to make your experience here easy and hassle free.
