On arrival the water was Shut Off by the City and the manager proceeded to tell me it is an "inconvenience" at 11:00 pm. I called the next morning and the City informed me they posted a notice on the door (which was removed by someone perhaps the cleaning company that morning) due to Owner Non-Payment; a process which takes more than one billing cycle to get to a Shut Off. Property Manager refunded less than one night (no tax, fees refund) and the only available accommodation on the Holiday weekend at 11pm was in excess of 500 night. Property Manager called me rude and aggressive when I was asking for how they planned to handle it on arrival; Unit was not "up to safety code" with a corroded sprinkler head which the manager eluded was the cause of the Domestic water (bathroom/sink) having no flow.Master bathroom vanity sink has a terrible odor when in use (moldy and did not seem safe to use to brush teeth). This was the only faucet with an offensive/pungent smell therefore it is not a Keys water issue.Unit sofa is covered in a cheap/tacky mismatched to back pillows cover - not as pictured in the listing. As a monthly (average 7-10 day) Keys visitor who has stayed in five (5) other Ocean Pointe units this was the worst by far, worst management experience and 1 star is too giving. No water is NOT an inconvenience it is unhabitable! The property manager was the inconvenience!
