The pictures on the website are not what they are in reality. Found dirty tissues under beds. Broken cupboard doors. Sofa - to convinced it was clean. Had to sit in blankets. Beach was rubbish. Location bad. Right near trailer park. Could not walk anywhere

Nice area. I was in Building 5 overlooking the marina. Spectacular view. Overall the property is well maintained. The specific room I was in had a few issues that keep this being five stars. I’d stay again for sure.

The location is great! The apartment is very spacious, the beds are ok, it's clean and the pool is great! The parking lot was full, so was hard to find a parking spot. The beach area is nice but the water has a smell. The restaurant by the marina was excellent! Good food there! Overall it was a good spot to stay.

Great place to stay.

We have been going here for years. It’s great for a family get away. We have 4 minor Complaints, which may not be complaints for others. The beds are very firm, the snacks/drinks around pool area are highly priced, the pavers around the pool are extremely hot during the day, and the “beach” area looks way better in pics. Other than that it is a great place to stay, very clean and Comfortable and safe. The grounds are quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back.

Dirty and Not worth the money

Not at all worth the money paid for this. Fridge was dirty, sheets had fuzz and hair in them, makes the whole place feel unclean. Nice view is only from 1 of 5 buildings, be aware. The sofa bed was horrible, thin, springs poking, very noisy pull out bed (so bad it doesn’t qualify as a bed in my opinion). Would not recommend, and would not stay again.

Stay was paid for before arrival, no were did it say there was going to be a security hold and resort fees billed every day stayed, the room cleanliness was sub par. A one week stay with no extra toilet paper or extra garbage bags in the kitchen. I searched for the phone number for the island grill that was on the premises and could never find it. Grill closes at 8:45pm so plan ahead. Pool was nice but closes at 11. I had to physically talk to security every time I entered the property. Beach use was unable to happen due to the decomposing sea seed that had riddled the shore. Not to mention the smell from the sea weed was rancid

The condo was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. There is a restaurant /bar directly on the property which was nice for when we first arrived. The property is very accessible by car to restaurants and activities. The beach on the property was very underwhelming, very shallow and rocky. The pier was nice.

This was an amazing stay! Beautiful property and excellent location within minutes of great dining. The pool was beautiful. The beach was not usable, but the Keys are not known for having hreat beaches...rocky and full of seaweed.
