Upstairs allocation was very akward for person with walking disability. No hand rails in toilet or shower (over bath). Would have preferred front unit overlooking the lake. Despite these shortcomings, the room (apart from tea towels) was clean, spacious and acceptable for three-day stay.

Amazing views, super clean and wonderful staff & owners! Can’t recommend this place more - make sure you get the lake side view! The owners went above and beyond during an unexpected power back out making sure we had hot water for a morning coffee! Will be back

This motel was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights, had more than enough space. The kitchenette was very convenient for slow breakfasts, the view of the mountains was stunning, the lake was right out the front door, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Amazing experience!

Renovated and cozy 2-room ap., excellent location

Lovely and cute motel. Very friendly staff who help with everything, beautiful and renovated apartment with 2 rooms: living room with double bed, dining area and impressive kitchen, and another bedroom. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend at a very reasonable price.

Gorgeous view, excellent location, comfortable

Very cute motel, with a gorgeous view towards the lake. Huge room with a double bed and another single bed, kitchenette, and a bathroom separate from the toilet. Excellent location, very close to the city center, and the view is gorgeous. Kind and nice staff. The kitchen is a bit outdated, so I took a point off the ״property's condition״. But it has everything you need for a meal, including a stove and everything else.

Lovely clean room! Beautiful view that was a short walk to lovely restaurants and cafes. Would be great if the blind could be turned around to roll down against the window rather than away as it left quite a large gap where we could see out to people walking along the verandah to their room and they could see in.

Loves this place, great views from first floor. Walking distance to town. The recommendation to see the short movie on Fiordland was a gem, Kitchen had everything we needed and was clean with new pots dishes etc. warm and cosy. Would definitely stay again.
