Situated on the much sought after complex of Los Molinos. The complex has well maintained mature gardens, two fabulous swimming pools, and a children’s play area.
The beautiful beach of Playa Bastian is on your doorstep, and there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops, bank, car rental, and doctors..all less than a couple of minutes stroll.
The apartment is like a home from home with every comfort one would require.
It is a ground floor apartment with very easy access for everyone. The apartment comes fully furnished with everything you require to make your holiday memorable.
It has a large sitting room, fully fitted kitchen, large double bedroom, second bedroom, modern bathroom, washing machine, and a beautiful south facing terrace which gets sun all day long.
Costa Teguise is a fabulous family resort catering for all tastes. It has an abundance of restaurants, bars , shops, golf course and a water park. Las Cucharas beach is a renowned world class beach with all facilities, and a sheltered cove. Scuba diving, and wind surfing are some of the most popular water sports on offer.
Arrecife is less than ten minutes away, and the airport can be reached in less than fifteen minutes. The public transport is excellent, making it easy, and very cheap to see the whole island if you wish to venture further afield.
