The Space:

The apartment is fully equipped with everything that you may need throughout your stay with us, ensuring a level of convenience that we're sure you will appreciate, complete with its own private balcony space for you to enjoy all to yourself. Free WiFi is provided and fresh towels and custom made linens are supplied. The bathrooms are stocked with L'occitane soaps and shampoos.



Guest Access:

The apartment offers a parking secured by an electric gate and it includes access to a secure, reinforced shelter located in the basement within the building, available for use during emergencies.

Just a 3-minute walk away, Mezizim Beach is one of Tel Aviv’s most popular beaches, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the Mediterranean atmosphere. The vibrant Tel Aviv Port nearby offers a great selection of cafés, restaurants, bars, and boutiques, making the area lively both day and night. The neighborhood combines a relaxed beach vibe with easy access to the city’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment.

The property is 3 minutes walk for the beach and the Tel Aviv port.



Other Things to Note:

As part of the terms and conditions, a security deposit of 10,000 NIS will be secured by placing a hold (authorization) on your credit card. This hold will only reserve the amount on your credit limit and will not charge or debit your card unless there is damage or a violation of the terms. The deposit hold will be placed upon check-in and not before, even if the booking was made well in advance. If no claims are made, the hold will be released automatically within 7 days from the date it was placed.





To be exempt from the 18% VAT charge, guests are kindly requested to provide a photo of their B2 entry slip prior to check-in.



Cancellation Policy: A 3% handling fee of the total reservation amount (up to 1,500 NIS) applies upon cancellation.



Please note that construction work is currently taking place on the upper floors of the building. As a result, there may be some noise during the morning and throughout the day.

The construction is not expected to affect access to the building. The lobby remains clean, tidy, and fully accessible for guests.
