Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate all feedback, as it allows us to constructively review our standards and make improvement when they are needed. I am happy to learn that our lovely Leedan took good care of you and was able to assist you with your requests. However, I am disappointed to learn that other interactions with our staff were not as pleasant. Our team members are trained to provide our guests with friendly, professional service, and your comments will be brought up in our next staff meeting. Our cleaning services are provided until 3 PM every day. We would have gladly sent housekeeping to your room sooner if we had known that this was your preference. The hotel was going under light renovations, done to improve our property and make it more comfortable for our guests.
